Ordered up the materials to finish off the shop ceiling and looking for light suggestions. LED seems like a no brainer but the difference between cheap and expensive doesn't readily appear. Does anyone have some long term experience good or bad ?

I’ve got some 4’ cheap leds from sams club that are 6 years old that are still bright

are they mounted up in the ceiling or lower down? I have a pretty tall ceiling.
